Order Confirmation & Policy Agreement

By placing an order on the Sienna Clothing website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted the return conditions and timelines outlined in this policy.

  • You agree to follow the official return procedure described below.

  • In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy, along with order records and communication history, may be used as supporting documentation.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Only normal inspection and handling of the product is permitted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

Sienna Clothing reserves the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, washing, misuse, or damage not caused by us.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email info@sienna-clothing.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include the following details in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (required if the item is damaged or defective)

  • Your full name and shipping address

  1. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team before sending your item back.

Please note:

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Do not send items back to the sender address on the package unless instructed to do so.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until the return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@sienna-clothing.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

After reviewing your request:

  • We may offer a replacement item, depending on availability.

  • In some cases, a return may not be required for defective products.

Replacement orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit:

Please contact info@sienna-clothing.com with your order number and tracking information.

Our support team will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is:

  • refused at delivery

  • unclaimed

  • returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

a $35 USD fee may be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still return the item after delivery by following the return procedure outlined in this policy.

To request a cancellation, email info@sienna-clothing.com as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If there is any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team first so we can resolve the matter quickly.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed with your payment provider, Sienna Clothing may submit supporting documentation including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipping and tracking details

  • Customer communication records

  • Delivery confirmation

Submitting a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay the resolution process.

Important Information

  • Approved returns must be shipped to our central fulfillment warehouse at the customer's expense.

  • Sienna Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or unsanitary condition will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Sienna Clothing unless the product is defective.
