Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that show signs of wear, damage, or washing.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover return shipping or issue a full refund without requiring a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at info@sienna-clothing.com with a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please request a refund and place a new order.
